The Dallas Party Girl and all affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. We also ask that you do not remove stands and/or backdrops from your lawn for any reason. Should you need the stands picked up early, contact us and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This page contains the terms & conditions for The Dallas Party Girl. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your balloons, stand and/or backdrop. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PAYMENT: 50% deposit is due at time of booking in order to hold the reservation.The remaining amount is due 48 hours prior to installation.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations at least 14 days prior to your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled delivery will result in credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the day scheduled delivery may not receive a refund or credit. 

RUSH ORDERS: Rush (within 7 days) and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

o Based on available inventory
o Rush fee may apply
o Orders placed within 7 days of requested event day are not guaranteed

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your balloon stand and/or backdrop if there is lightning, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down, or affect the stability and/or potential damage to the installation. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the installation, a refund will be honored.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to 14 days of scheduled event delivery. Any cancellations made prior to 14 days of scheduled event delivery will result in a credit to be used at a later date. Refund and credit will not be issued to cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled event delivery.

DELIVERY: The balloon number stand will be delivered the evening before or morning of the event date unless other arrangements have been made. Backdrops and/or Balloon installations will be delivered no later than 2 hours prior to event start time. Customers will be responsible for communicating with the event venue to ensure delivery time and accessibility. Delivery Fee for over 5 miles will be subject to additional delivery fees. Additional charges are subject to take down of rental items.

POLICY: Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the stands and/or backdrops. All stands and backdrops remain property of The Dallas Party Girl. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the stands and/or backdrops  is prohibited. Stands and/or backdrops should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, stand, backdrop or stake at full replacement value.

The Dallas Party Girl reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

BY PLACING AN ORDER AND RESERVING YOUR EVENT WITH THE DALLAS PARTY GIRL YOU AGREE TO ALL COMPANY POLICIES.
